Porter / Maintenance Worker

Job Title : Porter / Maintenance Location : East Brunswick, New Jersey Type : Contract Compensation : $18 hourly Contractor Work Model : Onsite Hours : 8AM-4 : 30PM Responsibilities : Assist with waste disposal, recycling efforts, and routine cleaning tasks throughout the facility. Wipe, sanitize, vacuum, clean bathrooms. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs and able to perform light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, etc. Qualifications : Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or porter work preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate to heavy items (up to 40 / 50 lbs.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
