This premier pediatric medical center is a 359-bed Level 1 trauma teaching hospital specializing in comprehensive children's healthcare. The CVICU / OH PICU is a 30-bed unit with 24 / 7 intensivist coverage and dedicated code team support. The facility provides advanced cardiovascular care with state-of-the-art equipment and will soon offer VAD and Impella services. The unit features comprehensive support services including respiratory therapists who manage ventilators, child life and education specialists, and in-house transport systems to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
