Maintenance Technician

As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our team in the Lake City area!

This Full-Time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to :

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal
