Your role :
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to own and evolve FSI’s Public API , Developer Portal , and Vendor Integrations .This role is critical to enabling seamless connectivity between our platform and external partners, ensuring developers have the tools and documentation they need to integrate effectively. You will design, build, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and integrations, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. Your responsibilities :
API Development & Maintenance Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and related services. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT). Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability. Developer Portal Management Build and maintain a developer-friendly portal with clear documentation, APIs, and onboarding tools. Ensure portal usability and provide resources for external developers. Vendor Integrations Develop and manage integrations with third-party vendors and partners. Collaborate with business and technical teams to define integration requirements. Quality & Monitoring Write clean, testable code and perform unit / integration testing. Monitor API health, usage analytics, and troubleshoot issues proactively. Collaboration & Support Work closely with product managers to prioritize roadmap and customer commitments. Work closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical support for API consumers and integration partners. What you’ll bring to the team : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : 3+ years in software development with a focus on APIs and integrations. Strong proficiency in C#. Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman). Familiarity with Azure and microservices architecture. Skills : Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles. Knowledge of security standards and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred qualifications : Prior experience standing up a developer portal for customer use. 1+ Years managing connecting a Public API to internal api’s and services. 1+ Years managing custom vendor integrations Work Location : Remote.Some travel may be required.Compensation :
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location.The expected salary range for this role is $115,000-$130,000 annually.Our Values :
