Key Responsibilities
Provide claims-related customer support and technical information to clients and distribution partners
Assist in managing escalated customer inquiries and provide reporting on accommodation support trends
Act as a training resource and maintain relationships to ensure client service needs are met
Required Qualifications
4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1 - 3+ years of experience in client / customer and / or claims support
