About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented IT Customer Service Representative to coordinate service requests and ensure our clients receive outstanding support. Youll serve as a communication hub between customers and our IT team, helping keep operations smooth, responsive, and client-focused.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate and schedule IT service requests from multiple channels (phone, email, tickets, alerts).
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technicians, ensuring timely communication and resolutions.
- Manage and update the Dispatch Board to prioritize and track service orders.
- Monitor and maintain service orders, time tracking, and client documentation.
- Follow up with clients after service completion to confirm satisfaction.
- Support inventory coordination, purchasing requests, and process documentation.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors preferred).Experience in customer service or administrative support (IT industry a plus).Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Basic understanding of IT concepts and Microsoft Office proficiency.Why Youll Love Working Here
