Project Manager Medical Affairs - Pharma (Hybrid, Lawrenceville, NJ)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for a global Pharmaceutical client. The Project Manager will support the Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) Cardiovascular portfolio, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams. This role will support the Director of the team, managing stakeholder communications and meetings. Experience with Clinical trial programs preferred.

This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (maternity leave backfill), 50% onsite role at client's office, in Lawrenceville, NJ.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Medical Evidence Generation team members to support the execution of the Medical Evidence Generation Cardiovascular book of work
• Facilitating Medical Governance (Evidence Generation Working Groups and Therapeutic Area Governance), ensuring key communication points and actions items are captured and disseminated
• Awareness of study performance, identifying risks or barriers, and partnering with stakeholders (GDO, Medical leadership, senior management) to resolve issues.
• Partner with Finance to facilitate budget processes, including annual planning, monthly projections, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (Medical, Development, GDO, HEOR) to influence strategic alignment on medical objectives.
• Facilitate leadership requests, including those related to finance, priority studies, strategic decisions, and other high-impact initiatives by ensuring timely coordination and completion of these tasks

Compensation : $90 / hr - $94.08 / hr
