Executive Assistant

Reports to CEO and Managed by Chief of Staff

• Remote in the U.S. (Pacific time zone a plus)
• Full Time Employee
• 3-6 years executive and / or administrative assistant experience to CEO / C-Suite preferred. Bachelor’s degree. Strong written & oral communication and organizational skills.

Larson Communications is a growing public relations firm that has developed a reputation as the nation’s premier public education reform communications organization. With team members located across the country, we serve clients nationally as they impact many thousands of children and families.

Our diverse, seasoned team has over eight decades of experience in raising the visibility of impactful education organizations, including some of the most innovative charter school and education reform organizations in the country.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and contributing to the success of our priority initiatives.

As Executive Assistant, your job duties would include :

Competitive compensation. The starting salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Starting salary will be determined within the posted salary range based on a variety of factors, including the employee's qualifications and experience, organizational equity, and budget. Larson provides comprehensive benefits and provides contributions to offset healthcare (medical, dental, vision, mental health) costs and life insurance coverage

Flexible work environment, 100% remote. With team members concentrated across five regions; candidates can be based anywhere in the country. LC anticipates that this position may travel roughly 10-20% of the time for client engagements, conferences and presentations and in-person team meetings and retreats.
