Job Summary Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and / or Med / Peds physicians for an outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Kulpmont, PA. This site qualifies for H1B visa sponsorship, a $15k geography stipend, in addition, up to $250k recruitment incentives.

• Outpatient only clinic schedule - variable work week
• Physician / APP panel sharing model
• Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
• Centralized prescription refill team
• Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
• Epic EMR - universal throughout Geisinger
