ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative with Jackie Davis Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Property & Casualty license or the ability to quickly obtain one preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous insurance / hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
