Job Description Summary

As an EHS Manager, you'll provide strategic direction, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to hourly, salaried, and management personnel in support of environmental, health, and safety initiatives. You'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving sustainability, and fostering a culture of safety across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead EHS programs.
- Coach a facility on how to identify and mitigate safety, health, and environmental hazards.
- Ensure completion of EHS training aligned with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
- Responsible for the EHS programs for compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Monitor leading metrics and performance trends to drive a strategy to a safety driven and sustainable facility.
- Collaborate with different departments to implement sustainability and risk management strategies.
- Develop and establish EHS policies, including incident reporting and vendor management.
Required Skills & Experience
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance : Extensive experience designing and implementing EHS policies, training programs, and incident reporting systems.Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and guide teams through informed decision-making processes.Risk Management : Working knowledge of risk assessment tools and techniques; ability to manage risk within own function or unit.Problem Solving : Skilled in identifying root causes, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective solutions.Collaborating & Interpersonal Relationships : Demonstrated ability to work constructively across functions, regions, and levels.Overcoming Resistance to Change : Experience driving change initiatives and fostering adaptability in dynamic environments.Sustainability : Basic understanding of sustainability practices and ability to support corporate sustainability goals.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory frameworks.Strong project management and communication skills.Summary Pay Range : $95,640.00 - $143,520.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
