The Opportunity

We're looking for a results-oriented executive with proven experience managing teams in SaaS or e-commerce technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling business growth through implementing effective processes and structure in both established companies and startups. This role reports directly to the CEO and will oversee multiple critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and build foundations for rapid, sustainable growth
• Manage and optimize Engineering, Product, and Release Management teams
• Lead Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Manage P&L, AR, AP, budgeting, forecasting, and other critical financial aspects of the company
• Develop and implement scalable business operations and methodologies
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define company strategy and roadmap
• Establish partnerships with vendors and strategic partners
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality product delivery
