Role Summary The Senior UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, engaging digital experiences that directly impact millions of users. This position offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives across evolving product teams, formalize UX processes, and bring clarity to complex challenges. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver solutions that balance business goals with user needs.

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end design efforts—from ideation and prototyping to experimentation and facilitation—while contributing to a cohesive design language across platforms. Your work will help define how customers interact with retail technology in meaningful and innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.

Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and spark innovation.

Conduct and interpret user research and experimentation to validate design decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring designs solve real problems.

Maintain consistency in visual and interaction design across products and channels.

Present design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI.

Key Requirements 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction and prototyping work.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Solid understanding of responsive design and development handoff best practices.

Experience facilitating design sessions and running experiments to validate ideas.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.

Exposure to AI or machine learning projects, with a focus on shaping user experiences.

Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.

Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving team structures.
