Deine Rolle

SEO Specialist (m / w / d) , die / der digitale Trends lebt und mit datengetriebenen Strategien ebenso vertraut ist wie mit kreativen Lösungen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEO-Strategien für unsere Kundenprojekte und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Team aus Kreation, Beratung und Projektmanagement zusammen.

Aufgaben

  • Analyse von Kundenwebsites und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring sowie Behebung technischer und inhaltlicher SEO-Herausforderungen
  • Durchführung von Keyword-Research und -Optimierung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von On-Page-, Off-Page- und Technical-SEO-Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Website-Texten und Landingpages für maximale Sichtbarkeit
  • Content- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, inklusive Backlink-Strategien
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Linkbuilding-Kampagnen
  • Erstellung von Blogbeiträgen und Content-Optimierungen
  • Durchführung von SEO-Audits und Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Optimierung für AI Search (z. B. Google AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden bei der Implementierung von Best Practices
  • Erstellung von verständlichen, datenbasierten Reports zur Erfolgsmessung

Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich SEO oder Online-Marketing (Agentur-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Aufbau von organischem Traffic und Conversions
  • Sicher im Umgang mit gängigen CMS (z. B. WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Performance Marketing, Conversion-Optimierung und Customer Journey
  • Up-to-date mit aktuellen SEO-Trends, Algorithmen und KI-Optimierungen
  • Expertise in Tools wie Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console sowie Ahrefs, SEMrush, SE Ranking oder Screaming Frog
  • Fundiertes Wissen in On-Page-, Off-Page- und Technical SEO
  • Erfahrung im Linkbuilding und in der Outreach-Kommunikation
  • Kreative, analytische und strategische Denkweise
  • Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbar wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
