Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Weekend Required : Every other weekend

On Call : No

Floating : All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M / S, ICU can float to IMCU, M / S can float M / S units. Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold.

Floating required to 3 facilities : Community Hospital, Saint Catherine Hospital, and Saint Mary’s Hospital.

Block schedule : No

RTO : 5 days max per contract, no holidays. Must be listed on the profile.

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months

Maximum days off : 5 days

2 references from last 6 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
