Job Overview :

Our public accounting firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax & Audit Manager. The opportunity is ideal for personable and technically talented individuals with 10+ years of tax and auditing experience. We are a progressive and growth-oriented firm that provides an enjoyable work environment, advancement opportunities, and a great compensation package.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
  • Provide high-level tax planning advice to clients
  • Manage and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex tax issues
  • Work closely with clients to identify potential tax planning opportunities and maintain relationships
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members
  • Engage in consulting and special projects as requested by management and clients
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) license required
  • Minimum of 8+ years of tax experience with a strong background in public accounting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools
