Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Client Accounts :  Oversee a dedicated client account, acting as the primary point of contact to build rapport, address client needs, and ensure alignment with our service standards.
  • Drive Sales Performance :  Meet and exceed personal sales goals while training and supporting team members to hit their sales targets. Lead by example to build a high-performing, results-driven team.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards :  Maintain rigorous standards for compliance in all client-facing interactions, keeping track of all team activities and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service :  Cultivate positive relationships with clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and consistently delivering a high standard of service that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.
