Seeking a dynamic commercial litigator to join our team with a passion for food and hospitality!
As a member of the Litigation Group, you must feel comfortable with the following :
(2) prepare for and represent clients at various court proceedings with minimal supervision; and
(3) manage our clients’ expectations and communicate effectively to counsel them on a variety of litigation / dispute resolution strategies and risk assessments.
Please have experience handling all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances and trial preparation.
