Southington Care Center features a state-of-the-art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs.

The Laundry Associate will support our residents quality of life by providing clean linens, towels and clothing. Duties include sorting soiled laundry, loading and unloading high-capacity commercial washers and dryers and folding, sorting and delivering clean clothing, linens and towels.

Qualifications

• Able to work in high volume, high capacity laundry operation in a health care setting
• Compassionate approach to older individuals
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Previous experience working in a commercial laundry setting
