Location : Akron, Ohio

Compensation : $28 / hr - $32 / hr (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule : During peak season, this team operates on a 24 / 7 schedule to meet customer demand. Flexibility is key, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Service Technician to join our client in Akron, Ohio. This is not a basic pool cleaning job—this is a hands-on, senior-level field technician role focused on troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining high-performance pool systems and equipment. Service Technician performs water tests and analysis of data to assure the proper chemical balancing and doses as appropriate. Must be well organized to keep accurate service and maintenance records and communicate effectively to determine needs. Works as a leader, has strong customer relationships and team building qualities. Ideal candidates will bring mechanical systems experience from the HVAC industry, military technical service, or similar hands-on roles and be ready to grow into a more formal leadership position.
