Position Details : Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM Weekend Rotation : Yes Hours : 40 hours / week Compensation : $40.00 – $45.00 / hour (based on experience) Facility Highlights : 117-bed skilled nursing facility Collaborative interdisciplinary team Focus on both long-term care and short-term rehab Supportive leadership and growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do : Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or disabilities Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams Document progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes What We’re Looking For : Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for patient care
