Overview
Were looking for a sharp and detail-minded person to join our operations team as a Remote Documentation & Data Operations Associate. This role blends data management, transcription, and client coordination in a way that keeps your day varied and engaging. You'll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring every detail, number, and document is accurate and delivered on time.
You can choose a schedule that fits your life : around 25-30 hours a week (part-time) or 35-40 hours a week (full-time). Work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of your results.
What You'll Do
Data & Document Management : Enter and verify transaction details, order logs, and other client information with accuracy and consistency. Switch over to document prep and transcription projects when needed, ensuring final outputs are clean and well-formatted.
Client Onboarding : Meet with new clients via video or chat to confirm project details, delivery timelines, and any specific formatting or workflow preferences.
Project Tracking : Assign and monitor work within our internal tools (such as Monday.com or Jira). Make sure all deliverables are progressing smoothly and deadlines stay on track.
Quality Review : Perform double-checks on data sheets and transcribed files before they're delivered to clients. Keep accuracy above 99% through clear review steps and checklists.
Progress Updates : Create weekly summaries highlighting completed items, ongoing work, and any feedback from clients. Capture their suggestions and share them with leadership for process improvements.
Team Support & Training : Help keep documentation up to date. Record short internal how-to videos or lead informal virtual sessions that help teammates stay current on tools and workflow updates.
Who You Are
Hold an associate degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).
Have at least two years of hands-on experience doing data entry and transcription work.
Feel confident speaking with clients over video or chat; you can explain details clearly and calmly.
Know your way around spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), CRMs, and basic audio editing tools like Express Scribe or Audacity.
Strong written communication and multitasking ability, you keep things organized even when priorities shift.
Have a quiet, reliable workspace and a stable internet connection.

Pay & Perks
Pay starts around $18-$24 per hour for entry-level and up to $30 per hour for experienced hires.
