Accountabilities

In this role, you will :

• Assume responsibility for all phases of technology and consulting projects, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
• Apply technical and functional expertise to evaluate, implement, and optimize packaged software solutions, specifically Deltek Costpoint, for commercial and federal clients.
• Develop and execute methodologies tailored to government contracting projects.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, allocate resources, and assign responsibilities to project team members.
• Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and relationship management at all levels, including executives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Contribute to practice growth, including identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, and supporting internal initiatives.
• Ensure project and consulting engagements adhere to high standards of quality, ethics, and timeliness.
