We have an exciting opportunity in our Northbrook office for a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Management teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. You Are :
EXPERIENCED : Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field requiredTECHNICAL : Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, EmailA COMMUNICATOR : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occurA LEADER : As the primary point of contact for team members, coordinators must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goalsORGANIZED : Managing the daily activities and needs of the entire team and possess the ability to multitask and effectively manage the timePROBLEM-SOLVER : Although project managers may step in to handle significant problems, coordinators are required to work through and resolve minor issues without assistanceWhat You’ll Do :
COORDINATE : Support Project Management Department by entering change orders, completing enrollment for OCIP / CCIP’s, processing COI’s, coordinating RFI’s, and reviewing commercial contractsSUPPORT CLIENTS : Frequently communicate with customers; perform customer evaluations and analyze for satisfaction and improvementPRIORITIZE : Utilize time management and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple priorities under time constraintsCOMMUNICATE : Point of communication for superintendents, project managers, design managers, and othersWhat We Offer :
