QwikResponse is seeking a Mitigation Project Director in Santa Barbara.

The Mitigation Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mitigation projects, including initial contact, customer communication, dispatch, on-site procedures, estimation, billing, and collections. This role is key in ensuring seamless execution, upholding safety and quality standards, and achieving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Initial Contact : Oversee response to incoming calls, accurate lead detail entry into DASH, and timely assignment of leads to the Mitigation Team.
Customer Communication & Dispatch : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage dispatch to project sites, and oversee recording of on-site activities in DASH.
On-site Procedures : Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements, supervise site preparation and mitigation processes, and oversee transition to reconstruction projects.
Estimation & Billing : Collaborate with estimators for timely estimate delivery and manage invoice creation and distribution.
Collections : Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in DASH software and MICA Water Mitigation software

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Strong computer and software skills.

IRCC certification or equivalent industry-standard certification.

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of office and field work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
