Job Title : Facilities Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to ensure our facilities remain safe, secure, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, general maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Latham, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 / hr.
