The Impact You’ll Make

  • Own performance for a defined value stream—from schedule adherence to quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate people, materials, and equipment to meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Apply lean principles to remove waste, reduce variation, and boost throughput.
  • Coach team members, aligning cross-functional work and sharing best practices.
  • Authorize overtime, optimize shift patterns, and manage staffing to demand.
  • Drive quality initiatives in partnership with quality engineering and operations.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels so insights travel quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver operational excellence across your value stream.
  • Manage production schedules, materials flow, and resource allocation.
  • Identify process constraints and execute continuous improvement actions using lean toolsets.
  • Champion HSE standards and embed them into daily routines.

    • Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years of manufacturing or operations leadership with supply chain emphasis
  • Proven organizational and performance management capability
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance standards

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and CI methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated success in change management and innovation
