None - ST will provide laptop General Summary : Under general direction of the Manager of Internal Applications, this assignment will contribute to the strategic objectives of the Internal Applications team by supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery across multiple enterprise platforms. The Sr. Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment to organizational priorities, and delivery of high-quality solutions. Essential Functions :
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and new solutions across internal applications.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings to clarify needs and align priorities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies in coordination with product owners and technical teams.
• Conduct system and process analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate solution delivery.
• Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with subject matter experts, developers, and system administrators to ensure quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Deliverables :

Special / Additional Qualifications (Over Role / Category Level) Education & Experience : N / Required Licenses or Certifications : Preferred but not required : Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), Agile / Scrum (CSPO, SAFe PO / PM), or ITIL certifications.
