Food and Beverage Team Member

Bossy Beulah’s is a scratch kitchen that serves honest food made with
care. Our chicken sandwiches, tenders, and sides are prepared fresh and cooked
to order every day. We keep things simple, do them well, and take pride in
consistency and teamwork in every shift.

We are hiring a Cook/Cashier for our Ballantyne location. This is a
hands-on role where you will be part of a team that works hard and supports
each other through every service. You will rotate between the line and the
counter, help guests, prepare orders, and keep the flow of service smooth. Pay
starts at $13 per hour, and with shared tips, team members typically
earn $16 to $19 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, organizing, and
  maintaining the restaurant.
• 
  Set up and stock stations with proper mise en place before each service.
• 
  Rotate through prep tasks and keep prep lists updated to ensure daily
  readiness.
• 
  Follow recipes accurately to batch and prepare products according to Bossy
  standards.
• 
  Maintain and restock both kitchen and front of house areas throughout the
  shift.
• 
  Operate the front counter, take guest orders, and ensure accuracy in service
  and payment.
• 
  Work closely with your teammates to keep communication clear and the flow of
  service steady from open to close.
