Staff Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer to drive system-level technical execution across hardware, software, and firmware for their next generation of vehicles and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Drive technical alignment by facilitating architecture discussions and system design reviews

Own system integration strategy ensuring subsystems deliver reliable, high-quality products

Provide clarity on technical program status for stakeholders and mentor engineers and program managers

Required Qualifications

6+ years of engineering experience in complex system development in the consumer-facing technology industry

At least 3 years leading large, complex engineering programs in a cross-functional environment

Strong technical background in electromechanical systems, electronics, power, and firmware / software integration

Proven success in leading system-level technical execution for large-scale engineering programs

Experience in micro-mobility, automotive, robotics, or related electromechanical industries is preferred
