Overview

Omega Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated Science -Engineer Program Manager -4 to support ongoing operations in Los Alamos, NM . This position plays a vital role in advancing critical mission objectives within a highly regulated and technically demanding environment.

As a trusted partner to government agencies and national laboratories, Omega Technical Services supports some of the nation's most complex and high-impact programs. Through these strategic collaborations, Omega contributes directly to the strength, security, and sustainability of the U.S. Nuclear Security Enterprise.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Science-Engineer Program Manager 4 (SCPM 4) of the Plutonium Mission Consolidated Support (PMCS) office, which ALDWP Production Enterprise Services manages. PMCS is responsible for managing cross-cutting support services that enable consistent, efficient, and standardized operations across all plutonium mission areas. The selected individual will provide vision, strategic, and tactical planning support for a portfolio that will oversee approximately $400M of scope in FY26 executed by multiple LANL ALDs.

Qualifications

Working understanding of LANL plutonium missions.

• Previous experience in supporting work in a production agency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced technical degree.
• Willingness to take initiative on new tasks or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, lead, and monitor a variety of team efforts to completion.
• Possesses advanced expertise in developing and executing process improvement initiatives.
• Experience utilizing EVMS principles.
• Candidate must be a U.S citizen.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Active DOE Q clearance.
• Experience working with classified information / rednet account.
