DRAFT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary :

We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative . This position will deliver and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

• Organize schedule and maintain daily route
• Perform installations in new and existing accounts
• Deliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep / Team Leader.
• Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.
• Assists on installations as needed.
• Maintains draft equipment used for servicing accounts in good condition.
• Completes a daily tracking work log
• Diagnose and repair draft system problems for the retailer.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Consult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with accounts and sales team regarding service & new sales opportunities
• Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles
• Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment
