We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure our services consistently meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Position Summary :
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality and performance of our cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations. This role involves monitoring cleaning teams, providing training, handling client feedback, and continuously improving processes to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential cleaning jobs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Must be ready to be part of team if needed.
- Develop, implement, and refine quality control processes and checklists.
- Train, coach, motivate, and support cleaning staff and team leaders on best practices and company procedures.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to schedule quality checks and resolve service issues.
- Track and report on quality metrics, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications & Skills (Must-Haves) :
4+ years of Hands-on cleaning experience in residential or commercial cleaning (required).Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.Proven experience in quality assurance, team supervision, or operations management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach teams .Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and customer service-oriented.Ability to resolve conflicts and manage client concerns effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (for site visits).What We Offer :
