Job Summary
The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for state and federal permitting and tracking approvals for Colorado oil and gas development as it relates to ECMC, Relevant Local Government and BLM Federal permits. Ensures compliance with ECMC, Relevant Local Government and BLM Federal regulations and any Conditions of Approval (COA) assigned to permits. Assist in developing processes for permitting under new ECMC rules or any Relevant Local Government.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o BLM APDs (digital Form 3160-3), BLM Notice of Intent and Subsequent Report Sundries (digital Form 3160-5), BLM SF 299 Rights-of-Way (ROW), BLM Notice of Staking (NOS) and BLM Completion Reports (digital Form 3160-4)
o ECMC Forms; 2 (Permit to Drill), 2A (Oil and Gas Location Assessment), 4 (Sundry Notice), 5 (Drilling Completion Report), 5A (Completed Interval Report), 6 (Well Abandonment), (9) Transfer of Operator) 10 (Certification of Clearance / Change of Operator), 12 (Gas Facility Registration), 17 (Bradenhead Test), 21 (Mechanical Integrity Test), 26 (Source of Produced Water), 42 (Field Operations Notice) and 44 (Flowline Reporting)
o Garfield County, Rio Blanco and Mesa County Land Use Applications
o Review, correct and track edits made to survey plats as they relate to the ECMC, BLM or Relevant Local Government permitting

Compensation
The base compensation for this role in this location is targeted between $95,000 and $159,000 annually. Final offer amounts and role seniority are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed above.

Work Conditions
Location :
This position is in Denver, CO. Candidates currently residing in locations outside of daily commuting distance will be considered, however, it is the expectation that the selected individual will be available at the work location.
Work Environment :
This position operates in an office environment. This entails working inside an office space wherein employees may be provided a public workstation (cubicle) or private office. From time to time, the role will require field visits where exposure to extreme weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, dust, electrical charges and other unforeseen exposures may be encountered.
Physical Demands :
In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time. While at work sites, the employee will be expected to walk and stand. Individuals might be asked to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and / or crawl. Individuals might be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. in the performance of this position.
Position Type and Working Hours :
This is a full-time position. Core work hours are from 8 : 00 a.m.– 5 : 00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and 8 : 00am – 12 : 00pm on Friday. Employees must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and to participate in occasional meetings, events, seminars, conferences, or other activities outside of typical work hours. Employees responsible for project operations are expected to monitor and, in some cases, respond to emails, calls, or texts outside of business hours.
Travel :
Occasional travel to work site locations may be expected. Overnight stays may be required from time to time for training, seminars, field visits, or visits to onsite locations.
