Production Responsibilities :

• Assist with the layout and setup of recast production beds and product forms
• Pulls strand and assist with the tensioning process
• Assist with the install of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, lifters, blockouts, reveals and anchors
• Assist with tying rebar, grinding, buffing and cutting wire
• Assist in concrete pouring and vibrating
• Assist with calking processes where needed
• Operate battery powered and other small hand tools
• Assist in stripping, changeover, and step-up of forms for different products as required
• Assist in the layout of dunnage on trailers for placement of finished products for shipping
• Maintains clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
• Adhere OSHA safety rules
