Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required. Positive attitude and respect for safety rules and team members. Outdoor and industrial settings, including construction sites, utility locations, and confined spaces. May involve travel to various job sites throughout the region. Competitive hourly wage. Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our field services team. This is an entry-level, non-technical position offering on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement. The role involves assisting equipment operators and technicians in a variety of outdoor and industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency at every job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of specific service equipment.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and debris removal using shovels and hand tools.
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols on job sites.
- Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support project goals and timelines.
- Assist with job site cleanup and restoration.
