Day Time Thur 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Sun 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or lost person assistance, and report findings to the appropriate parties.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns for reporting.

Monitor entrances, corridors, and/or loading areas as assigned, helping to manage access, observe for policy violations, and support orderly operations during peak traffic periods.

Complete detailed shift documentation, incident reports, and/or activity logs, and communicate with Allied Universal supervision and site contacts to support consistent post coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

Be able to ride a bike.

Riding a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
