REPAIR Sports Institute is a state of the art outpatient sports orthopedic rehabilitation and wellness center in Huntington Beach. Established in 2015 by Dr. Chad Beauchamp PT, DPT, SCS, TPI-M2, CSCS, doctoral graduate from USC and sports rehab specialist out of University of Cincinnati. Dr. Beauchamp has worked with the USA Olympic beach volleyball team since 2012. RSI also works with the UFC, NFL, PGA and many other top local high school and college sports teams and athletes.

REPAIR is focused on patient first treatment with emphasis on one on one care. Highly trained physical therapy aides are crucial to RSI’s success. Functional exercises are big component of the RSI rehab model. In addition, to top quality rehab programs, REPAIR also has a variety of services and highly researched modalities to provide in order to get their patients back to what they love as efficiently and safely as possible.

Role Description

• $16.50 - $21 an hour
• Full-Time (Ideal) - 5 days at 8 hours or 4 days at 10 hours
• Part-Time (Available) - Minimum 3 days a week

This is a full-time (part-time available) on-site role for a Physical Therapy Aide at REPAIR Sports Institute in Huntington Beach, CA. The Physical Therapy Aide will assist physical therapists in providing therapeutic exercises + modalities to patients, set-up equipment, prepare therapy areas and is a key component and teammate to the rehab and therapists programs.

RSI’s PT aide program is an official apprentice program approved by the state of CA. Following 12 months of the RSI apprentice program, aides will receive a certification of completion as a medical apprentice program. Great resume building for graduate school! As an RSI apprentice / aides move up the career ladder and will receive financial improvements along with access to further mentorship, shadowing experiences, letter of recommendations and much more!!!
