Location : Duties :
Provide legal counsel in estate planning, business planning, and estate administration
Draft and review complex, custom legal strategies tailored to client needs and family dynamics
Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Build and maintain trusted client and advisor relationships
Stay current with estate, business, and tax law developments
Participate in local outreach and community engagement initiatives
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, business law, or tax law
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload with efficiency and precision
Passion for client care, strategic thinking, and personal growth within the legal profession
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Active and in good standing with the Utah State Bar
Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication
High-level legal research and analytical abilities
