Job Summary

The Research Data Analyst 2 is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting a wide variety of research data. The incumbent will design and conduct research including selecting data samples, developing research instruments, analyzing collected information according to established statistical methods, and developing recommendations based on research findings. This role is responsible for preparing reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to interpret and communicate data and results.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Demonstrated prior experience in related area.
• Working knowledge of research and wet lab function.
• Working skills in processing and analyzing biological fluids ( from tissue too) for nanoparticle tracking analysis and singe nanoparticle tracking analyses and fluorescence capture
• Working skills in statistical analysis, systems programming, database design and data security measures.
• Working skills analyzing large nanoparticle data sets with scatter and fluorescence single nanoparticles
• Skills to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
• Supervises Visiting Scholars / Graduate students and postddocs on all projects related to nanoparticle tracking analyses, ZetaVew Quatt fluorescence capture
• Demonstrated working experience with proteomic methods and models incorporating a broad range of study designs and traditional and modern statistical approaches.
• Familiar with giving lectures on large data set analyses at international meetings
• Providing written interpretation of statistical methods and results, in a manner suitable for leading a manuscript to publication.
• Demonstrated ability to read complex scientific literature, understand appropriate study design, formulate appropriate statistical hypotheses, and propose appropriate statistical methods.

This role works on research data reporting assignments that are of moderate diversity in scope.
