Established Home Inspection Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic marketing associate to join our team. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our small business and become a part of our family-owned business for the long haul. There could be opportunities for advancement in the future. A formerreal estate professional or someone in the industry could be perfect for this position!

The Marketing Associate will assist the owners with marketing campaigns, scheduling and managing marketing events, and assisting in socialmedia content. You can work from home for the "office" portion of this position (25%) but the other 75% is traveling to local real estate offices and events marketing our company.

The position's work schedule can be very flexible with the right candidate, but most activities are Monday - Friday 9a-5p . Higher education, while important, is not vital- we are looking for the perfect fit for our team.

MUST BE IN THE LOCAL CHATTANOOGA TENNESSEE AREA

Responsibilities and Duties-

• Responsible for all marketing operations and metrics to grow the business
• Build and develop relationships with Realtors, lenders and title companies
• Utilize numerous marketing campaigns, processes and programs
• MUST be outgoing and confident in public speaking
• Create / schedule / manage client events / meetings with real estate professionalsin the Chattanooga TN and surrounding areas
• Have strong interpersonal skills and persistence in marketing efforts
• Develop and maintain a database of real estate agents
• Creative shopping as needed to make goodie bags / gift baskets / give away baskets
• Attend after hours events / company events to represent the company
• The perfect candidate could be described as a positive, outgoing, friendly self starter with a strong work ethic, good presence and energy.
• Work hours are flexible and we want each staff member to have a good work-life balance.

Salary : $36k / year to start with bonus for business growth goals
