Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the customization, configuration, and testing of modules within our new ERP system and existing applications.
• Support the integration efforts between the ERP system and other platforms under the guidance of senior developers.
• Perform routine maintenance, bug fixes, and system enhancements as directed.
• Participate in data migration and data validation activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate system issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides and system specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with IT team members and cross-functional business users to understand requirements and provide support.
• Learn and apply best practices for ERP development, coding standards, and system security.
