Kardinal Hall in Charlottesville, VA is looking for a dynamic hardworking individual to join our 45 person strong team. We are a restaurant, beer hall & garden located on 722 Preston Ave. at the historic Coca-Cola Bottling building. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, friendly, responsible, and enjoys fast-paced busy restaurant work. Food, Beer, Wine & Craft Cocktail knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure restaurant service functions at a high level.
  • Taking care of our guests
  • Handling minor issues during service
  • Assist with on site events and catering
  • Leading floor staff by example

Qualifications

  • Serving or restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Punctuality & professionalism
  • Night & weekend availability
