Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Long-Term Care | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio RN License Required

What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion

Monitor and document changes in resident conditions, responding quickly and professionally

Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent care standards

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care

Foster a safe, supportive, and healing environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-first mindset
