We are seeking a Senior Geostructural Engineer to add technical expertise to our MidAtlantic team and support our growing geostructural work across the company. Candidates will have vast geostructural engineering design experience with an excellent foundation in soil mechanics, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering concepts, and interest in excavation support design and earth retaining systems. This role includes a focus on the area of contractor support and developer work as well as managing and mentoring our junior staff members.
Our geostructural practice provides engineering services for a wide range of projects including building foundations, dams, levees, bridges, tunnels, ground treatment, and excavation support systems. The successful candidate will exhibit a combination of technical and managerial skills in the fields of geotechnical and structural engineering and possess strong people skills.
