Schedule : Part Time, 24 hours / week

Shift : Nights; 6 : 45pm - 7 : 15am, w / rotating weekends and holidays

Location : 5101 WILLOW SPRINGS RD, La Grange, 60525

The role you'll contribute :

Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area

Other duties as assigned.

Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.

Monitors and reports patient conditions.

Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment.

Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Follows safety and infection control protocols.

Participates in training and development activities.

Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms.

Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.

Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

Documents necessary records accurately and timely.

Aids with movement and placement of patients.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

High School Grad or Equiv Required

Current IL State CNA Required

At least one year of healthcare experience needed
