Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic and growing surgical team in Northern California. As part of NorthBay’s Orthopedic and Trauma Services, the Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon plays a key role in providing advanced, comprehensive care for patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries and complex fractures.

Position Highlights

• Provide full‑spectrum orthopedic trauma care, including operative and non‑operative fracture management.
• Participate in trauma call coverage and collaborate with emergency medicine and hospitalist teams to provide timely consultations and interventions.
• Manage inpatient orthopedic trauma cases and perform outpatient follow‑up care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary trauma team to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in service line development, quality initiatives, and peer review activities.
