• notch care during surgical procedures, working under the guidance of the Surgical Services Director or OR Charge Nurse, and following AORN Standards and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care during surgeries.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments.
• Maintain high
• quality care standards.
• Advocate for patient rights.
• Manage surgical instruments and materials. Qualifications :
• 2 years OR experience in Orthopedics and Trauma.
• 1 year travel nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Available for weekday, weekend, and holiday calls (minimum 14 calls).
• Perioperative Nursing Course and CNOR certification preferred. Skills and Abilities :
• Proficient in asepsis and sterile techniques.
• Knowledge of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Efficient under pressure in fast
• paced settings.
• Supervisory skills. Additional Information :
