Position :

HRS is looking for a motivated and creative Product Designer to join our growing Product team. As the sole designer, you will own the end-to-end design process and partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and branded digital experiences. You will play a critical role in building and scaling design practices, championing user-centered design, and ensuring accessibility and usability are prioritized across our platform.

Responsibilities :

Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept through delivery

Design intuitive, user-centric, and accessible digital experiences aligned with platform standards

Produce high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and storyboards

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into actionable design solutions

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate designs into functional requirements

Contribute to and sometimes lead user research and usability testing activities to inform and validate design decisions

Build and manage a scalable design system across products, components, and workflows with accessibility standards integrated

Champion design best practices and advocate for design thinking across the product organization

Lead and participate in design reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders, gathering and addressing feedback effectively

Identify opportunities for product enhancements in partnership with product managers and engineers

Stay current with design trends, tools, and accessibility standards to continuously improve design practices

Who you are :

3+ years of experience in UX / UI design for digital products (web and mobile preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, exceptional visual design, and problem-solving skills

Experience designing for software products with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Experience conducting or contributing to user research and usability testing

Familiarity with or experience building and maintaining design systems

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities

Strong conceptual thinker with excellent attention to detail and ability to balance big-picture vision with execution

Self-motivated and able to work independently as the sole designer while effectively collaborating with product and engineering teams

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
