Position Summary
Step into a rewarding role where you'll be a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting clients experiencing their first episode of schizophrenia. With a caseload of approximately 40 clients aged 14-26, you'll engage in meaningful work that makes a difference in young lives. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, family and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record. Collaboration is key as you work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and program administrators. Additionally, you'll contribute to community outreach efforts across Baltimore to promote education and foster referrals.

Required Licensure and Certification :
Salary Range : Minimum / hour - Maximum / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
